York College's outstanding men's and women's soccer seasons were rewarded with multiple awards on Wednesday from the Capital Athletic Conference. York's sophomore midfielder, Jon Ports, was named the CAC Men's Soccer Player of the Year, while York's Vicki Sterner was named the CAC Coach of the Year.
